Everything you need to know before you start working as a courier.
To start working with us, contact us in whichever way is most convenient for you: submit an online application through our Telegram bot or visit our office in person.
Completing the paperwork at our office or online takes approximately 15–20 minutes. The activation time depends on the selected platform:
- Bolt Food — approximately one day;
- Uber Eats — 2–3 days;
- Stuart — up to one week;
- Glovo and Wolt — depending on available openings and active recruitment in your city.
You will need:
- a valid passport;
- a document confirming your right to legally stay and work in Poland, such as a visa, residence card, UKR status, etc.
SAMI GROUP is an official partner of Poland’s leading delivery platforms: Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Wolt, Glovo and Stuart.
Officially, using several applications simultaneously during the same shift is not recommended. However, you may have active profiles on multiple platforms and switch between them at different times.
We register couriers throughout Poland — in any city where the listed delivery platforms operate.
All payments are transferred directly to your bank account. The billing period is the same for every platform and runs from Monday to Sunday. Payments are made weekly:
- Uber Eats, Bolt Food and Wolt — from Monday to Wednesday for the previous working week;
- Glovo and Stuart — from Thursday to Friday for the previous working week.
You can work using your own vehicle — a bicycle, scooter, moped or car — or rent one. A thermal delivery bag can be purchased or obtained from the relevant delivery platform during activation.
Yes. If you do not have your own vehicle, we recommend using the services of our partner RowerRent, where you can rent a high-quality bicycle or another means of transport.
No, registering a JDG is not required. SAMI GROUP handles all legal and tax matters as your official partner. However, if you already have a registered JDG, we will be happy to arrange cooperation directly through your business.
You can earn more by inviting people you know:
- Invite a friend to work with SAMI GROUP.
- Once your friend starts working and receives their first payment, you will receive a bonus of 100 PLN.
- The bonus will be paid by the 15th day of the following month together with your regular payment.
